In a distressing incident, three Hindu sisters in Sindh province were reportedly forced to marry Muslim men who had initially kidnapped and converted them to Islam.
The daughters of a Hindu businessman, Chandni, Roshni, and Parmesh Kumari, were abducted in Sindh's Dharki area and subjected to forced conversions by Pir Javed Ahmed Qadri. Despite appeals from minority rights groups, the issue of forced conversions of Hindu girls remains unchecked, with authorities failing to apprehend the culprits.
Shiva Kachhi, the head of Pakistan Darewar Itehad, expressed concerns over the increasing attacks on the Hindu community in the riverine areas since the Seema Haider incident. Seema Haider, a Pakistani woman, faced ostracization for forming a relationship with a Hindu man in India through an online game platform.
Consequently, there have been threats from dacoits in the riverine regions, leading to attacks on Hindu temples and homes.
In response to the temple attack in Kashmore, authorities have deployed Hindu policemen for the security of temples and worship places in various areas of Sindh. Kachhi raised concerns about the well-being of these policemen, many of whom hold low positions and are now tasked with protecting Hindu worship places in the riverine regions.
